Our story
Built to remove the hand-offs
Total Connect Group grew out of a simple frustration: a job that should take a week was taking three, because the electrician, the security installer and the data cabler were all waiting on each other.
So we built one company that does all three. No subcontractor chains, no "that's not our department," no gaps where things fall through. Just one crew that plans the whole job, does the whole job, and stands behind the whole job.
Years later, that's still how we work — for families upgrading a home and businesses fitting out a site across Melbourne's eastern suburbs.
